As a wide ranging sponsor of the arts, EY often wines and dines their C-suite targets at gallery events - but once you've been to a few, you've been to them all.
The concept was taken beyond a simple dinner event and browse of the gallery. Bringing the art, and the stories of Japan Supernatural, out of the gallery and allowing the audience to be immersed in it. After seeking permission from the exhibition, a custom 3m tall ghost lantern was constructed and projection mapped with gallery pieces in motion. The 100 ghost stories were distributed, one to each guest, as a takeaway and conversation starter. Resulting in EY exceeding guest satisfaction KPIs across the board.
